Unskilled development teams, ageism on many teams against co-workers, lack of vision, no road map to where the company is heading and why, constant layoffs, terrible HR which likes to backstab and lie to employees, harassment by management is allowed freely and goes unchecked, bad behavior by management is swept under the rug and ignored, employees allowed to do absolutely nothing on a daily basis but still being paid for work that is never done, physical altercations happen from managers toward employees, yet it is ignored and allowed....the list goes on and on and on. This arm of Best Buy will soon meet its end and it couldn't come soon enough. The health side is run by a team of deplorables who have no idea what they are doing and when employees speak up or question what is happening, they get fired or laid off.
