The people I work with are great.

Cons

The HR staff don't get things done correctly the first time, or in a timely manner. The products are not properly tested before release to the public. The staff are poorly trained.

Pros

Best Buy brought in a strong inclusive culture and a balanced focus on short term and long term priorities when they acquired the legacy GreatCall (now Best Buy Health) in 2018.

Cons

The company is going through turmoil right now (2026). Best Buy sold off its b2b component and is cost cutting at every step in the remaining consumer business. Not a place to build a career right now.
