Pros
Training is thorough - with one exception. You are not told that your commission will be based on an ever changing set of rules for your "conversion." A fancy word for "we will decide when and how to make your commission" you EARNED not payable to you. Junk food provided from time to time. Nice clean facility.
Cons
You will work your B*** off and have commissions earned only to find at the end of the month that because your team did not convert as a whole to the goal, you wont get your commission. OR when the "graders" are listening to your call, you used a word they didnt like or you didnt offer EVERY up sell even though the customer was telling you over they could not afford anymore . New people will work night and weekends with the threat of firing if you complain. After that better shifts are given to the people "converting" highest (a.k.a who is best at tricking low income seniors to give up their credit card.) The starting hourly wage has been lowered since I quit. By about $2.00 an hour. So my rating for compensation is a 4 star ONLY for benefits, which were okay.
