Pros
Good compensation for being telesales. They can pay more but then again, who can't? If you are a good sales agent, you're in for $1000-$2000 per month in commisision alone (on top of your hourly pay). My hourly pay was $17/hr but it has been brought down since to $14-$15. They do have a lot of contest where they give out good prizes (not only subway gift cards) In the time I was there, they gave out a lot of TV's XBOX, ipads, ipods and various electronics. They give out a lot of visa cards and a week does not go without a contest. I liked that part. The supervisors are young but they seem to care about their job.
Cons
Being a new company means they have to have their eye on everything. I guess it makes sense but it's a lot of pressure for agents. Do you want sales or do you want voicemail? They are very clear about their goals and i can honestly say I was never in trouble because i performned. I see people here talking so many bad things and it's unfair. They gave goals, set and expecation and followed through. who doesn't like clear direction. When I was there the comison was on conversion so that was good.
