Pros

The pay, the benefits, in general the culture is very nice

Cons

Throughout the coronavirus pandemic, we are still working, which is fair, considering we are deemed "essential". My biggest issue is that, if we as a company are essential, why isn't more being done? We are getting one paid day off a week, yes, but that is only a bandaid on a much larger problem.

We hear and understand your concerns. The past few weeks have been uncharted territory for all of us and we are faced with difficult choices during this pandemic. We are often the only lifeline to the population that is most vulnerable to this virus. Every decision made has prioritized the safety of our employees and our customers. If you feel that you are uncomfortable coming in to work, even with the precautions and reduced capacity put in place, please reach out to your HR Business Partner to work with you directly. We understand that a one-size fits all approach isn’t going to cover every particular situation. If you have further feedback please email feedback@greatcall.com.

Pros

Benefits, Culture, Opportunities, Experience and purpose

Cons

I do not have any cons about Best Buy and would work with them in the future as I grow in my certifications and learning for HR.

Pros

Best Buy brought in a strong inclusive culture and a balanced focus on short term and long term priorities when they acquired the legacy GreatCall (now Best Buy Health) in 2018.

Cons

The company is going through turmoil right now (2026). Best Buy sold off its b2b component and is cost cutting at every step in the remaining consumer business. Not a place to build a career right now.
