Pros

free coffee is about the best thing this place has going for it. and even there they expect you to bring your own cup to be environmentally friendly which I would believe was true if they didn't try to cut corners in every other area to save money so to pay the upper level executives in Del Mar.

Cons

Let me start by saying I decided to do this review on Halloween because I found it very fitting. This place is scary, with lots of tricks and very very few treats. Pay is low, raises are non existent, no bonuses, dishonest management who lie and make false promises which never are realized, the director of the customer service department changes direction of the call center on the drop of a hat which confuses and makes management seem more so like they are clueless than they already appear to be otherwise. Thank goodness I got out of there and now work for a job like the job I had before Greatcall I.E., a normal job which lets its employees have fun, work in autonomy, provides good wages and most important appreciates the hard work the employees are doing.

Pros

Benefits, Culture, Opportunities, Experience and purpose

Cons

I do not have any cons about Best Buy and would work with them in the future as I grow in my certifications and learning for HR.

Pros

Best Buy brought in a strong inclusive culture and a balanced focus on short term and long term priorities when they acquired the legacy GreatCall (now Best Buy Health) in 2018.

Cons

The company is going through turmoil right now (2026). Best Buy sold off its b2b component and is cost cutting at every step in the remaining consumer business. Not a place to build a career right now.
