My experience at greatcall was just disappointing. Bad communication between Mangers and Supervisors. - Customer Service Representative Best Buy Health Employee Review

Pros

If you are a temp to hire please make sure you stay on top of your benefits. I got screwed with this deal and I had to put up a huge stink to get the benefits that were rightfully mine. Also, do not try and go above and beyod what you are doing. They will not appreciate it, do your time, stay out of the gossip, and leave when you are supposed to. If you do decide to leave do not give them two weeks, give them one!

Cons

None, unfortunately the pay is not great. Sup's get paid decent but the turnover rate for them is huge. They are always hiring new supervisors at this place and I can see why!

Pros

Benefits, Culture, Opportunities, Experience and purpose

Cons

I do not have any cons about Best Buy and would work with them in the future as I grow in my certifications and learning for HR.

Pros

Best Buy brought in a strong inclusive culture and a balanced focus on short term and long term priorities when they acquired the legacy GreatCall (now Best Buy Health) in 2018.

Cons

The company is going through turmoil right now (2026). Best Buy sold off its b2b component and is cost cutting at every step in the remaining consumer business. Not a place to build a career right now.
