Pros

None. Even the pay and benefits weren't worth it.

Cons

Schedules- they don't care if you have a family or a health condition, you will work what they say and that's that. Be prepared to work almost all holidays, and all the good days off that you could request will be taken. Pay-just not enough Coworkers-too much gossip and the rumor mill is strong. Everyone will be in your business no matter how quiet you are. "Supervisors"- discriminated in every way possible. They have favorites that they help and are nice to and then there's everyone else. If they don't like you they will stand over your desk and watch every second and minute your not on the phone Customers- the customers were some of the most rude uneducated people I ever had the misfortune to speak to. We took abuse on a daily basis from the same people mostly everyday. Sexually harassed by a bunch of the callers and they did nothing to stop them from calling and harassing everyday. Unsanitary- the bathrooms were used by barnyard animals. Worst thing I've ever seen in a bathroom used by "adults" Leaving this place was the best thing that ever happened to me.

Pros

Benefits, Culture, Opportunities, Experience and purpose

Cons

I do not have any cons about Best Buy and would work with them in the future as I grow in my certifications and learning for HR.

Pros

Best Buy brought in a strong inclusive culture and a balanced focus on short term and long term priorities when they acquired the legacy GreatCall (now Best Buy Health) in 2018.

Cons

The company is going through turmoil right now (2026). Best Buy sold off its b2b component and is cost cutting at every step in the remaining consumer business. Not a place to build a career right now.
