Pros

The customers for the most part are amazing. Comparison to other call centers I have worked in. You get free coffee.

Cons

The supervisor and management are horrible. There might be two supervisor's that know the job you will be doing and management will make promises that they will never follow through with unless you click up with them. The human resources department is a joke. In my opinion waste of an office. Once you have an health issue or that upsets management you might as well kiss your job good bye. If you enjoy working your behind off with little acknowledgement from management or supervisor's this is the job for you.

Pros

Benefits, Culture, Opportunities, Experience and purpose

Cons

I do not have any cons about Best Buy and would work with them in the future as I grow in my certifications and learning for HR.

Pros

Best Buy brought in a strong inclusive culture and a balanced focus on short term and long term priorities when they acquired the legacy GreatCall (now Best Buy Health) in 2018.

Cons

The company is going through turmoil right now (2026). Best Buy sold off its b2b component and is cost cutting at every step in the remaining consumer business. Not a place to build a career right now.
