If you like managers that act like children when they don't get their way, then you'll find this place to be fine. People will shout at you when you don't meet expectations. Team members will throw others under the bus to protect themselves. Managers will blame their underlings for issues rather than taking responsibility. The environment is best described as toxic, and few people who have been working here for a long time have anything positive to say about it.
