Great folks at the CSR employee & supervisor levels.
Cons
All levels of management seemed more interested in keeping their positions of power, rather than taking respoinsibility for their mistakes and learning how to avoid repeating them. There are so many intelligent employees that have great ideas and a strong desire to improve day-to-day business processes, but their ideas either get ignored or stolen by management and past off as their own. Mr. Inns would do well to take a hard look at what's really going on in his company. Specifically at the Director and Manager levels.
