very stressful pay scale.. based on conversion, calls are out of your control. rah rah sales environment micromanagement strict adherence to sales script is required. even if you lose sales bc of it. management is young, not qualified for their positions. cliquey

Pros

Best Buy brought in a strong inclusive culture and a balanced focus on short term and long term priorities when they acquired the legacy GreatCall (now Best Buy Health) in 2018.

Cons

The company is going through turmoil right now (2026). Best Buy sold off its b2b component and is cost cutting at every step in the remaining consumer business. Not a place to build a career right now.
