Great salary and remote work, but poor management - Financial Services Representative Beth Israel Lahey Health Employee Review

Department lack of training, Management do not seem to follow processes the same way and blame it on the system. Management is not fully informed before providing training and process guides. Management does not update processes in shared drive and use Teams to provide updates 95% of the time which leads you to searching in teams for processes that are not updated in the documents in shared drives. Management guidance is more like being scolded or talked down to and creating a hostile work environment when discussing one on one, but faking when in group meetings. Horrible management skills. Not streamlined. Management did not prepare for my hiring in advance. Left most of the resolving to me, from getting devices, to making sure I had access to all of my tools/applications without providing the appropriate contact or details how to obtain them. Management would make many mistakes and not be accountable. Would brush their mistakes off and make excuses why their mistakes were made and would come down hard on staff who made mistakes when they didn't have adequate training. This is coming from a person who has 20+ yrs in the same industry.
