Pros
Flex schedule Unlimited time off ( if you can get it ) Paid health insurance for employees only; If u have a family it is super expensive
Cons
It's hit or miss; depending on who you work with, there are many issues. It is very high schoolish! It is not what you know; it is who you know and if they like you or not. Some departments have a severe lack of ability; overall, the culture is not welcoming and can be downright hostile. HR is a joke, so don't bother; If you get to call it HR, it's as clueless and entitled as the rest. As for compensation, well, it was a 30% pay cut for a very long time during COVID with a full work schedule and no backpay compensation from what I heard I joind at the tail end of that with a lesser paycut, so you be the judge of that. If this is your first job, look somewhere else. If you are a seasoned person, you will rely on that a lot since there is no support; if you are female tough luck. Employee performance feedback is a joke, an actual joke. It is unstructured, very subjective, and guess what it doesn't matter. I can't speak on the diversity part; I saw non; I recall seeing maybe 2 ppl who belong to other ethnicities and never saw them again, safe to say, not very inclusive. Looking to leave ASAP; this was a bad mistake.
