Pros

Pay is decent I guess even though it's not really consistent with market standards, especially for high performers who get overworked and then get no raises for years Used to be remote but new owners forcing people into the office based on their personal lifestyle preferences even though employees are distributed globally

Cons

Total boys club. Men are allowed to skate by doing the bare minimum and make a ton of mistakes while women on the same team get overworked and held to extremely high standards Burn out is constant thanks to workloads and lack of strategy or direction Bottom line is the only concern leading to many myopic decisions

Pros

Coming from an acquisition I was a bit nervous but the Bigtincan team was very welcoming and quickly found a place for me on a stellar sales team. 1. My manager always makes time for me as I work through my deals. 2. My team is collaborative and helped accelerate my onboarding by letting me ride shotgun on some of their deals. 3. A dedicated sales enablement team upskills me on product knowledge, messaging, roadmap and strategy. 4. Access to all levels of leadership.

Cons

Slightly different deal cycle and renewal process than the company I came from which took some getting used to but was a non-issue.

Pros

Great colleagues. Vector started off positively fixing things that needed to be fixed.

Cons

Lots of managers flitting about having lots of meetings without progress or any discernible plan. We are desperate for someone to lead from the front. No clear direction or path to success - just fear of Vector making more cuts. Tough to do your best work in that environment when nobody feels wanted.
