The CEO is lack of respecting employees and clients. Employees work over avg. 10 hours a day, the core tech team has only 4-5 people. That's why they outsource a lot of their client's project to freelancers. Their CEO & sales usually over-promise to their clients, eventually standard of the deliverables are really low, if only they can deliver to the client. Most of the projects are missing deadline and full of client complains. The POS product itself is literally a patch work, without a proper design roadmap. Developers can only work with microscope without seeing the product vision. Also, as an employee feel so much chaos and messes with the leadership of the company management.
