Pros

The team is great. Hardworking and willing to stretch far beyond their capabilities.

Cons

There's no structure. Ongoing projects get pushed aside randomly. The features aren't ready. Management expects everyone to be at his beck and call, and the CEO gets angry when he realizes that he has hired real human beings, not robots.

Pros

Bindo was a fantastic opportunity to work in a New York City tech startup. As an intern, I got hands on experience working in SaaS marketing and business development. Such awesome, dedicated, and talented people running the show over there. The product is top-of-the-line for POS software and the employees are clearly passionate and supportive of the product.

Cons

I would say there a few growing pains. Just working in a small space, which is expected for a NYC startup.
