Pros

I will only say colleagues are nice. Oh, and you are not human beings, or you want to be slave or free labour, work for them.

Cons

Low pay and Long working hour, also late pay, terrible working environment, boxes and trash everywhere no one clean up, toliet always stuck, dust everywhere, only coffee provided at pantry, need to work long hour, CEO treats you like robot, not human beings. give you pressure doing something unrealistic in a unreasonable timeline. you better stay in office forever, if you go home you better stay 24hrs at your phone or whatsapp, work during dinner, work during shower, work during sleep, work in weekend when you are with your family gathering. Say bye bye to your life when you work here, your life belongs to the company, you are a slave, not worker. Got one day sick, has doctor letter still deduce salary. Work for years but still do not have employment contracts, ask HR but say the CEO not yet signed, wtf? Low pay compare to the market, asked my schoolmate, they have similar position but they have a lot higher pay than me and their company has pay sick day of a maximum of numbers. I only took one day sick already deduct money. Crazy company. I want to put negative one star but the system here only can put one star at least, what a pity.

Pros

Bindo was a fantastic opportunity to work in a New York City tech startup. As an intern, I got hands on experience working in SaaS marketing and business development. Such awesome, dedicated, and talented people running the show over there. The product is top-of-the-line for POS software and the employees are clearly passionate and supportive of the product.

Cons

I would say there a few growing pains. Just working in a small space, which is expected for a NYC startup.
