* Meritocracy workspace culture * 70% of the team is very stable, effective, and capable. These people work on their own terms to get things done with utmost flexibility. Great international team culture. * 30% of the team is going through trial and adaption. Finally, they will grow into either promotion or departure.

Pros

Bindo was a fantastic opportunity to work in a New York City tech startup. As an intern, I got hands on experience working in SaaS marketing and business development. Such awesome, dedicated, and talented people running the show over there. The product is top-of-the-line for POS software and the employees are clearly passionate and supportive of the product.

Cons

I would say there a few growing pains. Just working in a small space, which is expected for a NYC startup.
