Pros

The product's interface is nice, most of coworkers are friendly

Cons

1. CEO likes dating his coworkers, making ppl without any exp to be a manager. 2. CEO never respect any employees, product manager likes insulting everyone, especially girls. 3. They like hiring ppl with working exp cuz they are cheap. 4. Force everyone especially developers to work overtime, and will call you any time any where. 5. Bonus and commission they promised never will give you. 6. No structure, no working process, no benefit, no paid sick leave (even you got covid).

Pros

Bindo was a fantastic opportunity to work in a New York City tech startup. As an intern, I got hands on experience working in SaaS marketing and business development. Such awesome, dedicated, and talented people running the show over there. The product is top-of-the-line for POS software and the employees are clearly passionate and supportive of the product.

Cons

I would say there a few growing pains. Just working in a small space, which is expected for a NYC startup.
