Pros

Colleagues are fun and helpful Free coffee

Cons

Always OT for hours but once you come to the office late, even if it's just a minute or late due to some reasons, you're not entitle to the attendance bonus for that month You can only get the allowance you OT over 4 hours You are forced to work in public holidays from time to time You will be swore at if the Boss is not happy with your work

Pros

Bindo was a fantastic opportunity to work in a New York City tech startup. As an intern, I got hands on experience working in SaaS marketing and business development. Such awesome, dedicated, and talented people running the show over there. The product is top-of-the-line for POS software and the employees are clearly passionate and supportive of the product.

Cons

I would say there a few growing pains. Just working in a small space, which is expected for a NYC startup.
