The software is nice to look at, but it rarely works, so that doesn't matter much. The people that are not the CEO are pretty cool and hard working.

Cons

-The CEO is a sorry excuse for a leader. He asked us to "work 16 hours a day like Jack Ma" while we were paid a $0 base salary and had no equity. -Half the team is halfway across the world = lots of 10PM video meetings -The product is not stable and is in wildly competitive industry where stability is primary -The CEO asks the sales team to pre-sell features that they do not plan on building, also know as lying...how's the online marketplace coming (3 years after being promised)?

Bindo was a fantastic opportunity to work in a New York City tech startup. As an intern, I got hands on experience working in SaaS marketing and business development. Such awesome, dedicated, and talented people running the show over there. The product is top-of-the-line for POS software and the employees are clearly passionate and supportive of the product.

Cons

I would say there a few growing pains. Just working in a small space, which is expected for a NYC startup.
