1. No exact salary date, it will be a day in the first week (maybe), not guarantee. 2. Poor and micro management, they will monitor everything you do in the office 3. A payment company but in a share office, how can the company protect the information of the merchants? 4. No perks as no sick leaves, only follow the government labor law 5. Need to dot eh clock in and clock out and if you are late, they have the right to deduct your salary. (But no black and white for this issue) 6. A family business,, the boss, his mum and sister are all working in the same office and monitor all of you.

Bindo was a fantastic opportunity to work in a New York City tech startup. As an intern, I got hands on experience working in SaaS marketing and business development. Such awesome, dedicated, and talented people running the show over there. The product is top-of-the-line for POS software and the employees are clearly passionate and supportive of the product.

Cons

I would say there a few growing pains. Just working in a small space, which is expected for a NYC startup.
