The health benefits. Many changes taking place for the better with operations and sales.
Cons
Many old "hangers on" who want to go back to the old times when the money was flowing and the executives were driving $100K vehicles. This company caught lightning in a bottle...and survived awful management for a long time. But there are many people who do not want to change.
