Its a steady paying job.

Cons

Management is terrible. They are always adding new rules to benefit them. They originally said you only had to work one holiday out of the year. Now you have to work two holidays and they get to decide which holidays count and which don't

Very good benefits and 401k

Cons

The worst management I have ever seen, toxic and inclusive Indian specific groups, high favoritism, always firing people after hiring every March, don't want to fire existing employees who are incompetent and been there since 1990s, always gasligting and lying.
