Pros
Management handled the pandemic and the ensuing transitions very well and ensured everyone was tested regularly and vaccinated as soon as possible. They were quick to enforce the mask mandate (even before the CDC made it a requirement), updated lab safety procedures, installed contactless hand-washing stations, held video meetings for large groups (instead of in-person meetings), and required daily temperature checks of each and every employee that entered the lab. They did an amazing job at keeping morale high and making sure that we all still had a job at the end of this. I appreciate all the work they did and that’s why I wanted to take the time to write this review… to show my appreciation and let others know what kind of work environment they can expect from Bio-Reference.

This last year wasn’t easy even with everything management was doing. I know I’m not the only one who’s glad it’s over.
