Parking is horrible. Offsite parking delays you by 30-40 minutes daily. They dont compensate you for this lost time. Raises are just cost of living increases and they consider them a bonus/ raise. given out to certain employees. No performance evaluations either so those "raises" are given out to managers favorite employees. Vacation and sick time is below average. Company has no problem spending money on electronic kiosks across the campus and have a lavish holiday party but cant afford to spend some money on the employees EVER.
