      The benefits are good once your full time . They do still have honest people working for the company .

      Cons

      I feel that working for Bio-Reference to get a promotion it's who you know . I feel the company has a lot of flaws in covering up for one another especially in management .

      Very good benefits and 401k

      Cons

      The worst management I have ever seen, toxic and inclusive Indian specific groups, high favoritism, always firing people after hiring every March, don't want to fire existing employees who are incompetent and been there since 1990s, always gasligting and lying.
