They rode the covid wave - and let the opportunity to capitalize on their footprint in every NFL, NBA, NHL and MLB facility in the country slip right through their fingers - and when the covid protocols ended, they sent hundreds to the unemployment line. I was a part of that. Why did BRL not chase the contract for substance abuse testing, lab testing, or any other medical roles? Opportunity wasted. Millions of dollars lost. Poor vision for the future.
