Pros
If you are in desperate need of a job and need money it's okay to work for this company otherwise I strongly recommend you do not leave any job to come work for this place. I was hired as a full-time customer service representative back in January of 2023. I was supposed to get 6 to 8 weeks of training I literally had two full weeks of training including a couple of hours of here and there over the course of 5 months that I work there - absolutely atrocious. They expect you to know any and everything from the door even though they're training is terrible. My trainer wanted me to work around her schedule. I was scheduled for 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday through Friday they had me logging in at 12:00 noon. I didn't make too much of a fuss only because I barely got any training at all and I wanted to learn as much as possible. Then the next thing you know all of a sudden they told me I had to come to a meeting where they laid off myself and several other employees. Basically claiming it had a lot to do with our performance. Are you kidding me? When are these no brain having buffoons going to realize that when your employees fail its because the company failed them! Terrible onboarding experience absolutely terrible! On top of that I was never late nor did I miss a day during the entire 5 months months that I worked there. Trash management!
Cons
You are able to get all of your hours.
