Extremely toxic leadership environment of dishonesty, attacks, and back stabbing. Numbers are pushed at all costs, without addressing the root cause of the delivery challenges. Lack on investment into solution capabilities, skills, and talent. Sellers encourage to sell first, then create the capabilities later. Ever changing senior leaders as Chairwoman and advisors create a culture of fear, distrust, and internal competition. No collaboration or teamwork among the sector, service, or delivery heads. Not an IT firm I would invest my money in for success.
