Lack on investment into solution capabilities, skills, and talent. Sellers encourage to sell first, then create the capabilities later. Ever changing senior leaders as Chairwoman and advisors create a culture of fear, distrust, and internal competition. No collaboration or teamwork among the sector, service, or delivery heads. Not an IT firm I would invest my money in for success.
