Hi, Thank you for your feedback. Regarding your feedback on management and politics, Birlasoft consistently focuses on managerial and leadership development. There are multiple programs running at various points in time to focus on each of the managerial levels within the organization. In addition to training and development programs, Birlasoft also conducts 360-degree reviews, skip-level meetings, and HR one on one and understand tries to identify challenges to managers. Also, we do a lot of surveys to capture employee feedback and sentiments. In case any issues get reported with any manager they are given feedback, counsel, coach to improve their performance. However, if there is any grievance that has been pointed out with respect to any manager, we address these issues with the managers.
