Pros

Office building is good couldn't find anything else.

Cons

Not targeting every employee but till the time I was in that company, I had worked under 2 different types of projects and in both of them none of the team member takes initiative to guide you something if you are stucked , Project managers don't have technical knowledge so they used to deal with clients with their ways without consulting the team member like how many hours or days it will take a bug to fix also they weren't very understanding in any situation. I had a very bad experience there.

The delivery teams tried their best.

Cons

Extremely toxic leadership environment of dishonesty, attacks, and back stabbing. Numbers are pushed at all costs, without addressing the root cause of the delivery challenges. Lack on investment into solution capabilities, skills, and talent. Sellers encourage to sell first, then create the capabilities later. Ever changing senior leaders as Chairwoman and advisors create a culture of fear, distrust, and internal competition. No collaboration or teamwork among the sector, service, or delivery heads. Not an IT firm I would invest my money in for success.
