Pros
It's difficult to get fired and management is hands off. The owner has no idea what I even do
Cons
You will never get a promotion or raise, unless you spend years brown nosing. The pay is way below market rate, but their mentality is if you don't like it, leave. The penny pinching is ridiculous. You will be spoken to for taking an extra ten minutes at lunch, but not for staying late. Management thinks that your paycheck is a gift that you should be thankful for.
