Good company, depending on department - Anonymous employee BitTitan Employee Review

As mentioned above the pay is a little low but the benefits make up for it. Depending on the department it can be stressful. I have been here about a year and my boss is great, but I have heard and seen some bad things including coffee being thrown in meetings, managers calling people names, and in a group meeting another department manager saying we "are all too stupid to understand" what he was talking about. HR knows about all of this but does very little.
