We always appreciate constructive feedback from our employees, past and present. We are committed to making BitTitan a great place to work, and useful feedback is one way we gauge where we want to go. We provide specific and appropriate internal forums for employee feedback, and we always encourage individuals who are frustrated to openly discuss their issues with us. There are always going to be issues like the ones that get complained about. That's life, sometimes. But sometimes, too, the feedback helps us make positive changes that help the company in so many ways. BitTitan is fast-paced, active, and going places. Come with us, or don't come with us. We aren't perfect yet but-- management and staff, together -- we're working on that.
