Pros

Great space, snacks and events. This was one of the coolest places I've ever worked in terms of having a good time. I loved my teammates.

Cons

Nepotism and bullying make it almost impossible to do your job. Management, the CEO in particular employs family members and allows them to slack off forcing other employees to work harder to cover. Constant cursing, yelling, backstabbing and bullying from the CEO makes it a hostile and intimidating work environment.

BitTitan Response

CTO responding... I am not sure this post deserves a response and this it may come across as a bit defensive, but here it is anyways because.... I'm really upset! First, regarding bullying, this feedback is a repetition (over and over) from the same person. Talk about real online bullying! If the company made a mistake terminating your employment, we're confident you will move on to greener pastures (versus spending your spare time posting the same thing over and over again). Second, regarding the fact that <1% of employees are family members of our CEO, it is factually true. However, I am confident that any employee would take offense to the accusation of nepotism. If anything, those 2 people are held to a higher standard, and are well recognized as some of the hardest working employees in the company. I'm sorry, but it's not like building maintenance is a glamorous position! For the record, those are the same people who, when BitTitan was a 4 person company, volunteered their personal time to help paint the walls... Those folks certainly "don't enjoy or deserve to be degraded and humiliated when they work hard" (see advice to management above). Thanks for reading!
