Free food. Free booze (although drinking at work is never a good idea). Many organized activities.
Cons
"Unlimited PTO" - which really isn't unlimited, it just means they don't have to carry a liability on the books and if they have a layoff they don't have to pay anything out. No stability or confidence that management will work with employees whose work may not be aligning with their expectations. Instead people are disposed of, even those who have been with the company for many years. There are some very good people at the company who work hard and are good-hearted but there are also narcissistic bullies who use abusive language and are disrespectful towards others. Yes, these reviews tend to be the sounding board for disgruntled employees who were fired for poor performance but not all of them are from disgruntled employees. There are elements of truth in the reviews posted here, many of which I have experienced first-hand. The reviews here are just like product reviews, some are 'encouraged' positive reviews, some bad ones are by people who were let go because of poor performance, and some are completely legit- for the good and bad. Sometimes you just have to take a chance and find out for yourself. One must also realize that everyone's experience will be different (better or worse) than what mine was.
