Business Outlook
Pros
Transparent and open culture focused on action and totally free of office politics. All the software is incredible...truly enabling change in IT. Customers love the products and the dev team is incredible in what they continue to product. Leadership has a vision and is taking the company where they need to go.
Cons
Exciting challenges often means a lot of work. Everyone loves what they do but work life balance isn't a super big focus as an overall culture. I guess you can work from home a few days a week and that helps but there's a lot to get done and only so many hours a day to do it.
