      Pros

      Before things moved to working from home, it was a really fun environment

      Cons

      Management will tell you they don't micro manage but they really do Lots of time wasting meetings SO MANY changes.... every few weeks they redo their territories so you can't build your business before having to give it up

      Pros

      - Lots of opportunities for cross-functional work/working with senior-level SMEs - EOY Bonus (usually) - Great benefits (Flexible PTO policy/stipends)

      Cons

      - Exec suite does not care about you! - Pay is not competitive; was paid significantly less relative to market for experience (didn't realize this until too late, mgmt wouldn't adjust salary either) - No cost-of-living raises over the 2 years I worked there (No raise at all, ever, actually! And no support to be promoted from within) - Layoffs occur twice a year, and everyone is replaceable
