Pros
-good onboarding -SOME good leadership -reasonable pay
Cons
-So many, first of all, the product kept having issues. We ran a webinar on our platform and it wouldn't let participants join for a full 8 minutes so we had horrible attendance rates. -Virtually zero diversity, everyone was white or Israeli, very few POC -Also I was hired by someone who I thought would be my boss to only be fired three days into my job. My job roles and duties changed and were never made clear. It felt like I was never supported and didn't contribute to the business because I was not set up for success. -Culture felt toxic and everyone complained about each other - My interview processes made the company seem so much more organized and welcoming than it was, wish I wasn't misled. -Was laid off during the first round and only received TWO weeks of severance and healthcare for the remainder of the month, which felt like an insult. -Had an overall horrible experience working here to the point where I left tech completely and am now back in graduate school.
