Unfortunately, a significant amount of work produced by BAI is rushed and mediocre due, in large part, to the organization's failure to strategically plan and prioritize its workload. New staff members are often thrown into activities and projects with little to no guidance about the organization's mission or vision, let alone a clear understanding of the project's deliverables.
