Pros

They have money to create and shift the epidemic. They offer a nice tuition reimbursement.

Cons

They lie about EVERYTHING. They do not value their employers, and create constant and wicked decisions without any transparency, or insight from staff. They lie, and mismanage funds. They will fire you even if you are doing a great job.

Pros

I was able to travel and meet a lot of different women from all walks of life. We we able to teach the massive on HIV/AIDS. Giving them Preventative methods on how to keep themselves protective from contacting HIV.

Cons

There was a lot of compassionate women that wanted to lead. As we all was leader however no one wanted to follow. I think in order to be a great leader you must first Learn to follow.
