Pros
Great tools, super connections with outside people, inside knowledge of the industry, and a fun industry.
Cons
Management has no respect for anyone that isn't part of their inside circle. They ignore quality people that want to work for the company for inexplicable reasons. One was "that guy LOOKS like a tool" even though management never interviewed the individual (who now happily works for a competitor). Only one manager there overall seems to have interest in the humans who work for him. Everyone else is always about themselves, taking credit for ideas and results. Little room to grow upward. The inside of the company feels unstable. Yes, I realize that the world of retail and relationships with retailers is shifting. Communication goes a long, long way to improving morale.
