Pros
There a lot of great employees who genuinely love the brand and haven't given up on it. The dress code is very casual.
Cons
The company is trying to maintain itself by being the "cool climbing company" and it's not sustainable. They have taken away bonuses and are not competitive regarding compensation. A lot of people have left and there is little to no effort by HR to try to improve morale or employee retention. The HR department is incredibly small and if you get a response to your e-mail there is a strong possibility it will have a slight tone of irritation or shortness in the response. Management and HR does not respond impartially to harassment concerns. They also do not follow through on investigations when situations like harassment are brought to their attention, despite documentation of the official complaint procedure in the Employee Handbook. It is imperative during job offer negotiations to document the details in writing because there is a tendency by some managers to not follow-through on verbal agreements.
