Pros

More than a few good people who made my time there fun and enjoyable. The place is one I do not recommend to those asking me, but I am glad I had the experience nonetheless.

Cons

Management has serious issues and was formerly known as Lender Processing Services. Part of the reason for the name change was LPS' involvement, through a subsidiary, with the home mortgage robo-signing, i.e. where foreclosure documents were not properly processed and stamped to be foreclosed by an automated process rather than a live human being.

Pros

Great team members, lots to learn, lots of technology, great leaders (not all), most managers are understanding of work/life balance and are flexible

Cons

Below avg pay, next to nothing in bonus despite of doing great thru the year, you get to hear we are family a lot from senior executives
