Lots of opportunity if you are willing to take responsibility and network to meet the right people Campus facilities are nice (gym, cafe, etc A lot of good people, in spite of all the cons A lot of good teams and departments if you know how to find them
Cons
Constant organizational changes Too many corporate changes to benefit large shareholder(s ) Massive expansion and contraction in employee head count Heavy corporate politics - especially stemming from some of the entrenched long-timers People in the "inner circle" fail upward Too many people in leadership that have failed to deliver anything successful in years Lots of wasted time and resources on projects that were doomed from the start Very few people are held accountable
