Pros
1. The dress code is very casual. Shorts and Flip Flops are acceptable. 2. Vending machines spit out free drinks.
Cons
1. Employee turnover is huge for a company this size. 2. The highest average tenure of any given department is 2 years. Some departments have an average tenure of 3-6 months. 3. Management has no respect for their employees and have no problem lieing to your face if it benefits them. 4. Noone knows how the bonus program works, and only upper management seems to be eligible to receive "record setting" bonuses. 5. If you want to be employee of th emonth, just work 80 hours a week. 6. The 2 or 3 people who are left that have product knowledge are hammered non stop by the vast number of new employees for that knowledge. 7. Technology is forced into use by executives who have no technical knowledge, even when all architects and developers say it's not a good idea. 8. Upper management has been saying they are going to fix the problems being report to them for years, but no changes to actually fix the problems have been made. 9. This is a technology company who has a CEO that was a salesman and has no technical knowledge.
