A good place to work if you like routine and being treated like a robot - Analyst Black Knight Employee Review

- I was hired as a salaried employee. Why do I have to fill out a time card? - With that being said, why are there stringent attendance policies? Managers are patrolling the door to make sure employees get in at 7AM and leave at 5PM. We're not school children. - Scheduled breaks and lunches. Same reason as above. -Feedback mechanism: pretty poor in general. Got dinged for something I did without having an constructive conversation about it. - No cell phone usage outside of breaks. At some places, this is reasonable. At this place, we all have desk jobs and don't deal with customer service. Another clear sign that management is fearful and distrusting of employees.
